Managers Special $38. I thought this included wiping of the interior but maybe it is just the dash and steering wheel area? Even if the case I am not finding the quality to match the cost. I do have awareness that the vehicle had a lot of things. I did remove everything from the car - and trunk. I also missed the garbage I took pics of but thought it had been removed.

Went today and got the managers special, I fact they had a deal going on so I purchased 2 car washers for a discount. Was the only car that was in the line to be cleaned out and whipped out. When I got in the care the dash still had dust on it and my touch screen still had finger prints on it. It’s like they don’t do anything. Glad I gave you over 60 dollars for nothing. Why would I come back for my second wash?

I was considering buying the monthly unlimited full service deal to make it a quick transition between renters on Turo.... but I'm going to have to do extra cleaning anyway. I had absolutely zero personal items in the vehicle to make sure they wouldn't have to clean around anything. Unfortunately it won't be worth it.

This is my usual place to get my car cleaned out. I continue to come back because the service is good enough. Essentially the overall feeling I get when I come to PDQ is they value speed of service over quality of service. Everytime I come here, they do the bulk of the work, I'd say 85%. But everytime, I always have to go over my car again to finish up what they haven't done. What they miss tends to vary, between simply wiping the rear view mirror, not wiping down the doors, and getting into the tougher to reach areas. An example of that would be my daughter's carseat. Im not asking them to clean the carseat, but a vacuum behind it, or the seat next to it would be nice. They seem to just avoid the whole area entirely. If you get your mats cleans, I also recommend you check that they are put back into your car before leaving, as its been forgotten with mine twice. Overall I will continue to go back to them bevause doing 85% of the work is worth it to me. Here is my recommended process. Clean your car out of all trash and large items first. PDQ does the car wash and 85% of the wiping and vacuuming. Then I go back over it with car wipes to get the places they skipped. Then I feel

Pdq, could you please enlighten me why my wife had to pay you guys 50 bucks for quality of work? This is embarrassing and a total waste of money and time. You're telling me 50 bucks gets you an entire vehicle wiped own with a moist towelette? Oh thats the mats are clean but everything else surrounding it isn't, trunk not even touched, seats not touched. What is this garbage service and quality. Never again. Heard of quality checks? Poor management and poor quality of service.
